Yoga Therapy /
Nutritional Therapy Workshop
Through a journey of Colour Therapy, Dru Yoga movement, and
visualisation you will come to know the energy of your own
body. These elements are combined with Nutritional Therapy
to empower you to work with your body through the understanding
of your energy body and the energy you supply to your body
through your nutrition.
In Part One we look at the root, sacral and solar plexus
chakras and in Part Two the heart, throat, third eye and crown
chakras. Each chakra (energy centre) contains masses of information
about your being on every level, physical, mental, emotional
and spiritual.
The physical issues of the root chakra for example: Stress,
IBS
In between the workshops will be an opportunity to explore
and develop your learning further.
You will discover how to influence your energy through
Yoga & Nutritional Therapy to become more balanced and
learn: How to become more grounded and live more in the
NOW. Increase your self awareness of your own Energy Body
and become empowered from within.

Eating Raw Vegan
Though Eating Raw is only what nature provided us with in
todays world it seems very strange that someone may want to
adopt this way of eating let alone the thought that it is
restrictive.
Remarkably so eating raw means you can have many things,

Come and enjoy
a 3 course Raw Vegan meal in a Restaurant setting.
The food is all prepared Raw based on fruit vegetables nuts
and seeds in amazing tasty colourful combinations you
would never know it was raw. From A full Traditional Christmas
Dinner, you may find Wraps, bread, curries, soups falafel
pizzas pasta and of course an array of yummy desserts, such
as chocolate torte, Pecan pie and cheese cake to wet your

Raw Food Parties
Held every last Friday of the month at 7-9pm, where vibrant
raw food gets shared between like-minded people. A place to
meet new friends and catch up with old ones. Inspiring, motivating,
supporting each other to grow in mind, body and soul. Getting
high on food, life and love! Lots of colour, organic, raw,
fresh delights. The venue changes from month to month in the
Manchester area, depending on who wants to host.

No Diet Weight
Loss Course
The course aims to help individuals take action and responsibility
for their own weight loss with the support of the group and
myself. You will learn to manage your own weight permanently
as long as you take on board what you learn and have fun and
enjoy learning new skills and techniques to lose and maintain
your weight improving health vitality energy levels. We will
be working with food diaries , learning new things about food
with interactions and discussions to help solve problems and
difficulties that may crop up. You will never have to diet
